Degree Forward is Expanding to Sanilac County!

Beginning in 2025, the Degree Forward program is expanding to include Sanilac County residents. Degree Forward is an innovative degree obtaining approach designed to reach students where they are, right here in our community!

Degree Forward is a nonprofit that partners with Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) to provide curriculum and degrees from an accredited university with in-person coaches and resources locally here at home. Degree Forward is a pathway for working professionals and adults, looking to obtain a higher level of college education. Currently Degree Forward offers degree programs for Business Management, Healthcare Management, and Communications. Additional programs including Medical Assistant and Pharmacy Tech are also available through Degree Forward in Partnership with MI Works. Students can earn AA or BA degrees in as little as two years. Along with the one-on-one support, Degree Forward allows working professionals and adults to obtain a career-relevant education, in a self-paced learning environment, while saving time and money.
